In this class, you will gradually master the essential tricks with detailed technical explanations. The training focuses on strength, endurance, and preparation for inverted positions. We will practice elements individually and combine them into short sequences. The workouts are intensive and designed for fast progress.

WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE First class.

Prerequirements: None!  

Hier lernst du nach und nach die grundlegenden Elemente und setzt sie direkt in schöne Tanzkombinationen um. Im Mittelpunkt stehen Eleganz, Weiblichkeit, ausdrucksstarke Bewegungen und eine Choreografie, die Tricks mit Tanz verbindet. Die Intensität ist geringer als beim Pole Sport, jedoch sind Koordination und Merkfähigkeit stärker gefordert.

WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE First class.

Prerequirements: confident climbing, Crucifix without hands.

In this class, you will learn all the essential head-down elements, including the outside leg hang, inside leg hang, layback, brass monkey, ballerina, and more, along with their easy variations. You will also practice your first hand spring and a straddle in the air. Additionally, conditioning exercises will be included to help you progress and prepare for level 3.

Prerequirements: aerial Invert, confident Inside leghang, Brass Monkey, Poussan.

Jetzt seid ihr bereit, durch eure Grundlagen aus dem Level 2 Kurs anspruchsvollere Kombinationen zu erstellen. Während des Kurses werdet ihr 1-2 Kombinationen erlernen, in welchen unter anderem Dragon Tail, Handsprings mit verschiedenen Griffen und Janeiro durch elegante Übergänge und Straddles in der Luft verbunden werden. Außerdem werden trendige Figuren, welche ihr vielleicht schon einmal auf Instagram gesehen habt, Teil des Programms sein.

Prerequirements: twisted grip Handspring, Dragon Tail, Shoulder Mount, Iguana.

In this class, you will focus on learning more advanced tricks, for example russian split, dangerous bridge, aisha, handsprings with different grips and other . You should be comfortable performing straddles in the air, handsprings and iguana positions. The class will incorporate a variety of strength-focused and flexibility shapes, as well as more complex transitions to enhance your skillset. Get ready to challenge yourself and take your abilities to the next level!

Prerequirements: sicheres Cup Grip Handspring, sicheres aerial Shoulder Mount, Power-Dismount von twisted grip Handspring, Power-Dismount von Brass Monkey.

Advanced class for people who are looking for a real challenge. Fongi, re-grips, sommer saults.
