Pole dance classes for beginners

POLE DANCE/POLE SPORT: Acrobatics on the Pole

Level 1 (Intro): No experience required. In these courses you will learn the basic movements on which your further development will be based.

All levels: tasks given for your personal level: The teacher assesses your current level and selects tasks individually so that they are interesting and achievable for you. You can come with no experience or with several years of experience — it won't be boring, and the impossible will become achievable!

All welcome: here, each student receives a task that corresponds to their level. Yes, there may be people hanging upside down next to you, but as a beginner, you will be learning the simplest movements.

POLE HEELS: a dance with a pole

High heels aren't required. You can start in socks!

Pole Heels Technique: In these classes you learn the most basic movements, on the basis of which the choreography at higher levels is later built. Here you practice the basic movements separately, learn to control your body and do not learn choreography.
Beginners: We only recommend taking this course if you have done Pole Dance/Pole Sport/Pole Heels INTRO several times before, especially if you have no dance background.

How many times to visit the INTRO level?

No qualified teacher can answer this question for you because it depends on many factors:
  • your fitness level initially
  • how many times a week you train and what else you do during the week
  • your level of motivation and how much you actively work out in each training session
  • your natural characteristics
  • your overall stress level in your normal life outside the studio

Don't aim to get to a higher level at any cost and as quickly as possible. Enjoy the process, perfect your movements, and when you're ready, move up a level if you want to!

The main thing - don't compare yourself with others, because every person and every path is unique. And it depends on what is written a few lines above. Compare yourself to yourself.

Be better than you were yesterday.
