Classes for beginners

POLE DANCE/POLE SPORT: Acrobatics on the Pole

Level 1 (Intro): No experience required. In these courses you will learn the basic movements on which your further development will be based.

HEELS POLE: a dance with pole (you can also start in socks).

Pole Heels INTRO: In these classes you learn the most basic movements, on the basis of which the choreography at higher levels is later built. Here you practice the basic movements separately, learn to control your body and do not learn choreography.
Beginners: We only recommend taking this course if you have done Pole Dance/Pole Sport/Pole Heels INTRO several times before, especially if you have no dance background.

POLE LOW FLOW
We only recommend taking this course if you have done Pole Dance/Pole Sport several times before, especially if you have no dance background.

Dance classes
BeginnersThese classes focus on studying and practising not only the basic movements but also simple choreographies of the chosen style.

How many times to visit the INTRO level?

No qualified teacher can answer this question for you because it depends on many factors:
  • your fitness level initially
  • how many times a week you train and what else you do during the week
  • your level of motivation and how much you actively work out in each training session
  • your natural characteristics
  • your overall stress level in your normal life outside the studio

Don't aim to get to a higher level at any cost and as quickly as possible. Enjoy the process, perfect your movements, and when you're ready, move up a level if you want to!

The main thing - don't compare yourself with others, because every person and every path is unique. And it depends on what is written a few lines above. Compare yourself to yourself.

Be better than you were yesterday.
