Pole low flow dance class focuses on moving the body and navigating the space around the pole. You learn ways to maneuver the space in a momentum at a certain level of artistry and curiosity.
Heels class is an opportunity to explore one’s unique ways of expression through movement, as well as to learn coordination and techniques in platform heels.
